Vera Kiss Google Ads Agent is an internal advertising reporting and automation tool operated by HONG KONG CURVELLA INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED for the Vera Kiss brand. The tool is available only to authorized company employees and is not offered to external customers or the general public.

Purpose of the Tool

The tool connects to company-owned Google Ads accounts to retrieve account hierarchy, campaigns, ad groups, keywords, search terms, impressions, clicks, advertising cost, conversions, and conversion value.

This information is used to create internal reports, analyze search-term relevance, prepare negative-keyword recommendations for human review, research keyword opportunities, and reconcile Google Ads performance with Shopify sessions, orders, and sales.

Human Review and Safety Controls

The initial production workflow is read-only. The tool does not automatically modify campaigns, keywords, bids, or budgets. Any future Google Ads change must be reviewed and explicitly approved by an authorized employee. Write operations use a dry-run workflow, limited batch sizes, and audit logging.

Access and Data Use

Only authorized internal employees may use the tool. Google Ads data is used solely for Vera Kiss advertising operations and is not sold, licensed, or provided to external advertising clients.
